Caring for Your Shirts

Congratulations on getting your new shirts!
Now it's time to learn about how to take care of it.

First of all.. NEVER bleach the shirts. Yes NEVER.
It is also not recommended to soak it overnight before washing.

Also remember this it will benefit you very much - it is common for a little discolouration on the first wash. DO separate your clothes when you wash with the shirts if you do not wish to dye your other clothes with rainbow colours.

It is recommended to iron the print on your shirt before washing to further set it in however, it is not necessary, just recommended. Please try as much as you can, not to place direct heat on the designs. It is a good practice to place a piece of cloth over the design before ironing over it. (This does not only apply to our shirts, I learnt it from my mum =D )

*Note: normal mail is STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED
We charge a flat rate of $3.50 for registered mail under 1kg. This means that anything above that amount we will absorb them (for 1kg and below parcel)

In the very very very unlikely event that your item still lost in mail, we hope that we can solve the problem with you as much as we can. However, we are NOT responsible for lost mail through normal postage and damaged mails, although we will do our best to ensure that the item is securely wrapped and ensure as far as possible that the item will be sent smoothly (like including a return address)

COD is available ONLY when you opt for meet-ups. Postage orders have to be paid in full before your items will be posted. (Don't worry, we aren't out to cheat your money)

We will try our best to confirm your orders within 24 hours. If there is any unforeseen delay, we will reply within 48 hours.

All our shirts are either painted by hands or by silkscreen technique.
We use the highest quality paint to ensure highest quality possible.
Our shirts are 100% cotton ensuring comfort.
Whats more, we provide customization upon request and we are expanding our designs and shirt colour offers as frequently as we can =)
Even more is the fact that we print on limited quantity. Ensuring affordable individualism.
You see, we offer many designs and we offer different shirt colour and size. If you get to meet a person on the street with exactly same design, same shirt colour, same size, you may want to be friends!!
Coz, as we have calculated (at least in mathematical sense), the chance of meeting a 'twin' on the street of singapore is less than 0.025%!! And if you are wearing our shirts overseas, you probably can never imagine meeting a twin.
So if you are that lucky, why not try to be friends and queue for 4D/TOTO together? =D

Dvil is started by 2 friends - a designer and a design noob =D
Our designer - Shine
Graduated with a diploma in graphic design, she has great passion in designing. All our shirts design are single handedly design by her *clap clap*. If you are interested in customisation, do contact us (most likely she will reply) for more details.

Our seller - Vil
Having no background in designing, she can only try to sell. You are more likely to meet her when you are buying our clothes on COD basis. She is still a student and may have weird time for meeting depending on schedule =)

Both of us are still learning on the ways of doing business online. Therefore we are very modest, friendly, polite and kind =D =D
